Siddharth brings 18 years of experience across agribusiness, product management, consulting, entrepreneurship, and impact investing. He has led product initiatives at Amazon Grocery Supply Chain, worked with McKinsey & Company, founded a farm-to-table organic produce venture, and held leadership roles at Acumen Fund and the Gates Foundation.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras.

Kalpana brings 20 years of experience spanning food, agriculture, nutrition, R&D, commercialization, and new product development. Her career includes leadership roles at Nestlé, DSM, Sight and Life, and PATH, where she has worked at the intersection of science, technology, and market impact.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in Agricultural & Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural & Food Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Shamik brings 25 years of experience in data science, analytics, AI, and technology leadership. He has led analytics and data management for Amazon Ads, a $50B business, and built and managed large software and data science teams across startups and global technology companies including Oracle and Altisource Labs.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Dr. Sara Boettiger, an economist, has built integral food systems at every level. She’s led sustainability at Bayer Crop Science, shaped agricultural strategy at the Gates Foundation and McKinsey's Center for Agricultural Transformation, advised 40+ governments on climate and trade policy, and chaired CIMMYT's Board, served on the Advisory Committee of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. She is currently a fellow at Harvard University, working as an independent advisor to multi-national companies, startups, and foundations. Sara has a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Sunil Sanghvi
Sunil Sanghvi is a pioneer in designing national agriculture transformation strategies. He led McKinsey's Global Agriculture Practice and its Economic Development Practice for over 30+ years, worked with major donors on food security, and served on boards including the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and advisory roles with USAID, WEF's New Vision for Agriculture, and Paine Schwartz Partners. Sunil holds an MBA from Stanford University and master's and bachelor's degrees in chemical engineering from MIT.
