Dr. Sara Boettiger, an economist, has built integral food systems at every level. She’s led sustainability at Bayer Crop Science, shaped agricultural strategy at the Gates Foundation and McKinsey's Center for Agricultural Transformation, advised 40+ governments on climate and trade policy, and chaired CIMMYT's Board, served on the Advisory Committee of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. She is currently a fellow at Harvard University, working as an independent advisor to multi-national companies, startups, and foundations. Sara has a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
